At Bellis Speech Pathology, we focus on delivering support directly where it's needed. Our primary aim is to provide therapy that produces noticeable outcomes in everyday environments such as home, daycare, preschool, and school.
We strive to gain a true representation of your child's abilities by visiting the places that they spend most of their time. We welcome parents to join us as partners in therapy, providing you with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively support your child outside of sessions. By bringing our services to you and your child, we strive to enhance communication among all the dedicated individuals involved in their care.
"I love witnessing the moment when the children and their love ones realise their capabilities once the right connections are made."

Betty enjoys working with children from different backgrounds in all practice areas. She has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience from the various places where she has worked, lived, and studied. Prior to speech pathology, Betty has worked in science, customer service and healthcare across Hong Kong and Sydney. She pursued her career in speech pathology upon discovering how it merges her love for science and communication with her dedication to healthcare.
Betty has diverse experience in a range of clinical settings, including community health centres, private clinics, preschools, schools, and Telehealth. She can engage with families in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Coming from a non-English speaking family herself, Betty has experienced first hand the day-to-day impacts caused by communication difficulties, and is passionate in helping bilingual families support their children’s language development.
Betty has a special interest in assisting young children with early childhood language development, speech sound difficulties, and aiding in their literacy skills growth throughout their preschool and early school years. She is a passionate learner and actively seeks for opportunities to broaden her professional skills.
Outside of work, Betty enjoys spending time with her family and cuddling her cat, Dora, at home. You may also find her chasing after her toddler at the park on a nice weather day.
